Last updated — August 2026

UNIO (“we”, “us”) is a Montréal-based digital agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We practice data minimization: we collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services.

What we collect

  • Contact details you submit through our project inquiry form (name, company, email, phone).
  • Project context you choose to share (challenge, budget range, tools, timeline).
  • Basic, first-party analytics events (pages viewed, form steps completed). We do not sell this data.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and prepare a recommendation.
  • To manage our client relationships in our internal systems.
  • To understand how the website performs and improve it.

Storage and protection

Data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers, protected by access controls, and accessible only to UNIO team members who need it. We retain inquiry data only as long as a business relationship or prospective relationship justifies it.

Your rights (Québec Law 25)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to us. We will respond within 30 days. Our privacy officer can be reached at the contact address on this site.

Third-party services

We use service providers for email delivery, payments (Stripe) and analytics. Each processes only the data needed for its function under its own safeguards. We never share your information for advertising purposes.
